Vulnerable to admit my mistakes and not too proud to let you know if I don’t have all the answers. Will lead the organization with care and compassion, while still remaining aware of the job that needs to get done. Will create a compelling vision to rally around. Also, be aware that too many job seekers have copied over-used phrases from other resumes, so avoid the temptation to describe yourself with terms now considered out of date, such as "results-driven team player."

Remember that keywords are company-specific, and are found in the job description. BUT, what this article misses is the importance of qualifications and deliverables. It is truly not about keywords. Yes, they are important. No, we can’t ignore them. Instead, focus your content on strategic impact, measurable and quantifiable when possible. And when writing your bullets, I prefer the XYZ bullet format. It puts the accomplishment at the front, with strategy and “meat” in the middle and end. It is, in my opinion, the strongest and most powerful content strategy.
