An important thing I would recommend is to schedule regular meetings with the team weekly and monthly to share knowledge. These meetings would focus on differnt things, each meeting would have a topic to be dicussed such as - specific topic: let's choose a new gis tool or technique and share ideas about it. - problem-solving: if there is a problem in any area of the project, let's gather and try to share solutions or how all team members will see from each POV. - knowledge sharing sessions: one of the teams could prepare a session on amy topic and share it via a session explaining that to the others and improve their awareness. That all would help in fostering GIS Knowledge.
