I'm going to go old school on this one. I have used pretty much every piece of soft out there but nothing beats a good notebook and pen. Just get all your ideas out in your head and you will then be able to group these into different types of tasks that you can turn into goals. When rewarding others we need to remember that each one of us has a different "Love Language," @gary chapman. Some employees will appreciate a gift while others a compliment. For almost 20 years, I write individual compliments and feedback to each employee, on their paycheck's stub. Some of them kept it in a box for years and pull it out when they felt low. For the gift lovers, I kept rewarding with gift cards, flowers, meals out with the spouse/ take out for the family. Involving the family in the appreciation earn you extra credit, as it enhance the employee good environment at home. Team appreciation is important for the office/ business environment. Throw a party for those who worked side-by-side to support your bottom line!
