I have found it is not enough to just include members with diverse experiences and skills in the design team. It is equally important to actively and respectfully facilitate involvement and inputs from all team members to ensure these diverse perspectives meaningfully influence the design.

Diversity means ideas from different specialties and work fields are brought together. The best practice is to establish mutual understanding and a common language among team members. The group may be either real or virtual. Each idea and concept may have its own specific stakeholder group. Groups are unique to enable unique collaborative creativity. The best way, in my opinion, is to develop the habit of continuous training, interest in education, the capacity for self-improvement, effort and work. This will turn any person into an increasing value, who will contribute an objective and creative vision to the different processes at the same time. And it will adapt to different scenarios, without becoming stuck or obsolete, education will provide creative freedom and the ability to grow as a professional.
