At minimum, AI is partly a search engine on steroids (but really so much more than that) that can help boost your productivity with respect to repetitive and even non repetitive tasks and workload. The key is to experiment taking note of what works and what doesn't. If you are lucky enough to have Copilot or another AI integrated into your common applications, that is the starting point of your journey.
