When client requests came, prioritizing tasks becomes crucial and High priority. Start by evaluating the importance and impact of each new feature. Consider which featured align with the project's goals and user needs. Only a high Priority task should be taken first.

When client requests pile up and already a release scope has been finalized, prioritizing tasks becomes crucial.In this situation start by evaluating the importance and impact of each new feature. Take help of MoSCoW approach to get a set of doable list of requirements which can fulfill urgent requests from clients. Of course every request cannot be served in immediate relases.But we can consider which ones align with the project's goals and user needs.

I try to use a mind map to list everything then I arrange them into what needs to be done now, later or never. The MoSCoW approach is a good approach too.

- Evaluate the impact of new features on existing functionality -Identify critical areas that require thorough testing. - Focus on testing functionalities that are most critical to the business needs and the overall stability of the application.

When client request more features , I prioritize the task with which needs to be done first and later. Clear communication between developers, testers and clients helps to understand how to prioritize each feature and it makes the testing process easy and ensure the client requirement.

Incremental Testing Approach: Adopt an incremental testing approach where you test each new feature as it is developed, rather than waiting until all features are implemented. This allows you to catch issues early on and prevents a backlog of testing tasks.

Break down testing into smaller, manageable tasks. Implement continuous integration and continuous testing to get immediate feedback.

With ongoing testing in Agile, evolving features are continuously assessed, allowing early issue identification and resolution, saving future time. Iterative sprints dedicate specific periods for manageable feature validation, avoiding overload from new requests. Agile testing fosters regular communication with the team and clients, enabling timely feedback and quick adjustments.

Harness automated testing tools to save valuable time. These tools swiftly manage repetitive tasks with precision, freeing you to tackle more complex scenarios that need human insight. Focus on automating tests like regression and routine usability checks. While automation speeds up testing, it can't replace manual testing, crucial for assessing user experience and interface intuitiveness.

"Zero automated tests" equals "Zero software quality." The reason for this is the following three disadvantages of manual tests 😇: - Slow Feedback Loop: Errors are easier to fix the earlier they are detected. With automated tests, developers receive feedback within seconds (unit tests) or at least overnight (system tests), depending on the context. Manual tests generally take significantly longer. - Low Test Frequency: Manual tests require more time and resources, resulting in less frequent testing. Consequently, errors are discovered later. - Tedious Activity: Most people do not like to execute monotonous test lists, which means they will do it poorly or infrequently. This will compromise the software quality.

Craft concise, flexible test plans that clearly outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities. Ensure adaptability for seamless integration of new features. Include prioritization criteria to quickly evaluate and incorporate new requests, keeping your testing focused and efficient.

User feedback is like a superpower for any product. It's how we figure out what people love, hate, or just don't get. When you're launching something new or trying to fix what's broken, listening to your users is like having a crystal ball. People love it when you listen to them – it makes them feel special and like they're part of the team. But we can't just do everything our users say. Sometimes, their ideas are cool but don't really fit with the big picture. So, we have to be smart about what we change. We try out new things first to see if they really work. That way, we can make our product better without messing everything up. In the end, it's all about making something people love that also makes sense for the business.

Integrating early user feedback is pivotal for refining product development. Active engagement with end-users provides invaluable insights, shaping feature prioritization to meet user preferences. Methods like beta testing and A/B testing are crucial for gathering feedback, addressing potential issues proactively, and ensuring user-centric advancements. This approach not only saves time by preventing unnecessary revisions but also cultivates a streamlined and user-focused product development journey.

One big communication issue would be the following: Your stakeholders/customers usually like to have a release date. But there is a reason why you are running an Agile project—you have to face high uncertainty regarding "Are we building the right thing in the right way?" Agile frameworks are not good for forecasting because they are not used in an environment that allows solid forecasting. Instead of a fixed "release date," Agile frameworks provide control, transparency, and value maximization. In Scrum, for example, at every "Sprint Review," you present new features and decide how to proceed. You are finished when the cost of a new sprint would be higher than the expected generated value (quality).

If the feature is not something that impact customer financial loss. Then launch as Beta version and take customer feedback. Send communication upfront to clients this beta needs their expert opinion. This give addition time to develop / test while also help get first hand feedback from early adopters.

It's important to be upfront with clients about what's possible. We need to make sure everyone’s on the same page about what's important – is it testing the whole thing, or focusing on the biggest issues and feedbacks first. It's all about smart planning. We need to pick the right people to test, figure out what we're testing, and set clear goals. It is better that we test things as they're being built, not wait until the end. Plus, it's important to keep track of everything. Good notes and clear reports help us make smart decisions. And remember, it’s okay to change plans along the way. We’re all learning as we go!
