I’ve found that sometimes when you strip back the layers of corporate culture and the job titles of people, there isn’t a whole lot of “niceness” behind it. If you know this doesn’t align with your values, take your talents somewhere where they’d be better suited and appreciated.

The important thing is to recognize a failure and seize it as an opportunity for personal and, why not, even professional growth and try to find solutions to fix it. How? By analyzing the main causes that led to making the mistake, trying not to repeat similar mistakes in the future, trying to improve some aspects of one's performance where possible... It happens to everyone to make mistakes, but these should lead to a positive "reinforcement" of one's professionalism, to be "stronger" on the topic on which the error was made, and to a greater ability to analyze and pay attention...

When faced with workplace failure, the first crucial step is to accept the situation as it is. Acknowledge what went wrong without trying to soften the impact. This involves taking a clear-eyed look at the facts, understanding the extent of the issue, and maintaining an objective perspective.
