We recently repurposed a course "Workplace wellbeing" on our Learning Managment System, that was originally created for HEC DLSEI program in Pakistan and was submitted to Coursera. As soon as the first student completed the course, he sent me a personal note of appreciation along with some suggestions. Those we found implementable, were implemented the next day. We should also remain open to communication.

In general teams that are comprised of diverse individuals, with different backgrounds and experiences inevitably create multi-faceted intersectionalities within their approaches to problem solving. A team should be well-rounded in terms of software, industry, and experience levels. It will allow for not only organic growth of the team but also the ability for each person to lead and contribute within their own expertise.

I also support offering professional development opportunities that enable team members to earn certifications. This can be time consuming as you will find that many products or tools that you may decide are unsuitable. However, this is where a good team can work together and deseminate new ideas and skills to each other.
