I totally agree. And just to add on, its very important to avoid blame. Communicate with a clear purpose to make others feel you hear their point of view and that your interest is finding a solution that works for all. Blaming is one of the biggest problems in conflicts. Take responsibility for your actions. Acknowledgement is key.
