October’s Featured Events

Autumn Harvest Dinner

Our Cassique community is once again hosting the autumn harvest dinner in late October. Club Members will join us for an evening filled with local fall favorites. Sit around a fire and enjoy drinks and games on the back lawn of Cassique. Select beer and wine beverages are included. 

Fall Wines

Join us for another wonderful evening of drinks at Cassique. Members will sip and savor their way through exceptional wines and delightful company. Attendees will navigate through an assortment of earthy wines perfect for the fall with Azura Tirrozi of the Country Vintner. 

Kiawah Island Club Progressive Dinner

Indulge in delectable cuisine at our Kiawah Island Progressive Dinner. Members will travel around the Island, stopping at various Club restaurants to enjoy tasty appetizers, dinner, dessert, and cocktails. The night’s journey will begin at Voysey’s for appetizers and drinks. Next, you will travel down to B-Liner for the main course. The evening will close out at River Room for a specialty dessert and cocktail.

November’s Featured Events

Fall Blues and Brews Oyster Fest

Join us for a new event this year at our Fall Blues and Brews Oyster Festival at River Course. Members will enjoy fresh oysters, Lowcountry cuisine, signature cocktails, and seasonal draft beer. Dance the night away to the tunes of bluegrass music performed by talented local musicians.

Moonlit Kayaking

Experience a truly unique event at our Moonlit Kayaking at Cassique. Paddle under the enchanting glow of the moon on this night-time kayak marsh tour. Explore serene views of the Island and immerse yourself in a relaxing evening surrounded by all the Island has to offer. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a first-timer, an unforgettable adventure awaits you!

Family Bingo Night

In late November, Members enjoy a family-friendly night out at our Family Bingo Night at River Course. Dinner comes first, and bingo starts promptly afterward. Prizes await the lucky winners of several different games, including Bingo and Blackout rounds. 

Thanksgiving Turkey Trot

Don’t miss this Thanksgiving staple at our Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. This popular fitness event is a Member favorite and a great way to spend quality family time on Thanksgiving. Participants of all ages can walk or run the 5K course and enjoy the beautiful scenery our Ocean Park community offers. 

President’s Cup

Join us for the 22nd Annual President’s Cup, where teams comprised of a father or mother and son or daughter display their skills on the Cassique course for a Modified Alternate Shot tournament. The tournament features breakfast and lunch, beverages, and prizes. 

Champagne Shopping

Enjoy spectacular savings on holiday deals after Thanksgiving at our Champagne Shopping event. Members can take advantage of retail specials throughout the entire holiday weekend at the Golf Shops, The Beach Club Boutique, Marsh House, The Sporting Club, and The Sports Pavilion.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Get together with family and friends for a spectacular Thanksgiving dinner at one of the three hosting locations. Cassique serves a traditional-style meal, B-Liner offers a prix fixe menu, and River Course features a buffet. 

December’s Featured Events

Behind the Bar

Join us behind the bar for an interactive experience that will educate Members on everything from the basics of bartending to the creation of impressive cocktails. B-Liner’s Woody Latour will lead this behind-the-bar experience. 

Gingerbread House Decorating

Get the whole family together for a bundle of fun decorating gingerbread houses. Create your edible masterpiece using colorful candies, icing, and other festive decorations. This wholesome event is perfect for all ages, bringing together creativity and holiday cheer. We will handle the baking set-up and clean-up; all we need from you is the fun!

Holiday Sporting Clays Tournament

Members looking for some competitive fun during the holidays will find it at our Holiday Sporting Clays Tournament. This familiar favorite takes place on the clays course, and the shooter with the highest score at the end of the week is crowned champion. There are five divisions:

Juniors: Ages 21 and under

Champions: Ages 22 to 54

Veterans: Ages 55 and up

Ladies: All female participants

HOA: Highest Overall Score

Polar Bear Plunge (January 1)

GoKiawah invites Members to plunge into 2025 with our Polar Bear Plunge. Arrive at The Beach Club at 10 a.m., and a countdown will send everyone into the water for a quick plunge before retreating to the pool deck for hot chocolate, coffee, or a toddy.
