Preservation Kentucky announced the 2024 Excellence in Preservation Awards and the Pennyroyal Area Museum received the Christy and Owsley Brown II Excellence in Public Service to Preservation Award.
Alissa Keller, executive director of Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County, said the museum received that award for the renovations they did on the Pennyroyal Area Museum.
