Hi Don,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can send your form via email without them needing to sign up for Jotform. But first, you have to check if your form is public; if it's a private form, they need to sign in to Jotform. You can easily set your form to a public form in a few easy steps. Let me show you how.
- In From Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
- On Quick Share, go to Share with Link and click on the Gear Icon.
- Click on Public Form.
You can share your form through email, and they do not need to login to Jotform when the form is public.
- In From Builder, on the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
- Go to Email, click on Share on Email, go to Recipients, enter the email address and click on Send.
Check out these guides on How To Change the Access Settings of a Form and How to Send a Form via Email.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Don,
I have been using Share On Email on Jotform and it does not require my form users to login or sign up to Jotform when filling the form.
- On the Publish tab on your Form Builder click on the Email option on the left side.
- Click on Share On Email.
- Click on Recipients, then put in the email of desired recipients on the bottom part. Send, and Done.
Once the form user receives the email, they can click on the link to open the form.
