From our Strategic Plan to our Policy Statement on the Environment, the Turin Centre aims to protect natural resources. These foundational documents are our roadmap to a more sustainable future.
In 2014, the ITCILO earned an EcoCampus award from the Foundation for Environmental Education. The certificate affirms the Centre's long-term commitment to sustainable practices on campus and sustainability-focused educational initiatives.
Our Green Campus Advisory Group, established in 2011, monitors the Centre's progress on sustainability.
The Centre complies with the Greening the Blue initiative, a United Nations system-wide project that measures and reports on greenhouse gas emissions, waste management, and overall environmental impact.
The campus has been carbon neutral since 2018.
