(at around 45 mins) When crawling through the broken window from the roof, Chloe's socks appear to be clean despite being very dirty seconds before.
Chloe's hands and nails are dirty after she climbs on the family home's roof. Shortly thereafter her hands appear clean, but her finger nails are still dirty and remain so, until she is admitted to hospital. So during a near death experience after ingesting organophosphate, someone had time to clean her nail while in hospital.
(at around 1h 7 mins) About two thirds through the movie, Chloe is leaning against a type of file cabinet and over her right shoulder (to the left) one sees a drawer labeled '2007.' When her mother gets the syringe, Chloe has moved further to her right, obscuring the label on the drawer.
(at around 44 mins) A soldering iron doesn't get hot enough to begin glowing red. Soldering temperatures don't reach anywhere near the temperature it would take to affect glass.
(at around 27 mins) Diane is harvesting vegetables in her garden, including a bright red tomato. However, it's clear from the snow still on the ground that it's months and months away from tomato season. It's likely February or March, since that's when colleges send out acceptance letters.
(at around 44 mins) When Chloe breaks free from her room to crawl across the roof with an extension cord to then plug in a soldering gun it shows the metal tip getting "red hot" in 6 seconds when in reality would need at least 30 seconds to a minute to heat up and even longer for "extreme" heat. The flow of electricity doesn't work that fast with that tool.
(at around 30 mins) The mother wouldn't have been able to get a veterinary prescription without first presenting a pet to a veterinarian which required that specific medication, and it is shown the family have no pets. However, when they get out of their car to go into the movie theater, a bumper sticker can be seen on the car that reads "DOG POUND VOLUNTEER, WHO RESCUED WHO?", so the mother likely borrowed a dog from the pound where she volunteered.
(at around 44 mins) When Chloe is crawling on the roof, the bottom of her socks are clearly very dirty from the roof despite being paralyzed from the waist down and crawling on her stomach.
(at around 29 mins) As the white car approaches a pedestrian crossing, the building on the right side of the street clearly has no structure aside from a narrow frontage.
(at around 1h) When Chloe is searching through family images and medical documents it is clearly visible that the hands holding the photograph are different from the ones holding the certificate of death.
(at around 17 mins) When Chloe peels the label off her medicine bottle revealing a prior label with her mother's name, the first (outer) sticker has an aluminum backing which seems very unusual and unlikely, unless the mother's aim was to make the original label not detectable through the second one.
(at around 11 mins) Early in the film when Chloe looks in the Kroger paper grocery bags, they are unusually wrinkled and have clearly been folded.
(at around 11 mins) Diane brings the groceries into the house in Kroger bags. Pasco, Washington and the Pacific Northwest do not have Kroger stores. Pasco does have Kroger affiliate Fred Meyers instead.
(at around 8 mins) Pasco Washington in on the East side with a 99301 zip code and they have Pasco on the West side with a 98195 zip code.
When the daughter found out that the mother was substituting her pills, and the effect they were having on her, she only needed to stop taking the pills until her legs worked again, then run away.
As a suicide risk, Chloe should have a 1:1 sitter at all times- a staff member, or at the least, a video monitor, to make sure she doesn't try to harm herself. The room should have been cleared of any sharp objects, as well as wires, ties, cords, hospital linens, etc, that could be used to make a noose. The nurse/doctor even acknowledges this risk by not allowing Chloe to use her pen, but commits a grave error leaving her alone in the room.
Instead of relabeling her pill bottle, Diane could have dumped the contents into one of Chloe's used empty pharmacy bottles- she's obviously on multiple medications.
(at around 22 mins) Chloe says that her printer's "module board might need a better nozzle" makes absolutely no sense.
(at around 9 mins) An electronics hobbyist wouldn't have a puzzled look and do nothing if they flipped a switch on a new circuit and nothing happened. Grabbing a multimeter and immediately troubleshooting the circuit is practically a reflex.
