In the "disappearing orchestra" trick, it is obvious --- at least for anyone who's even mildly observant and knows anything about musical instruments --- that the string-quartet is in fact **not** actually playing the "Air On The G-String" selection that we're hearing, since this piece is obviously being correctly played with accenting string-plucks, whereas all four of the musicians are using just their bows --- not their fingertips --- to play their instruments. The music we hear is obviously just a recording being played in the background, and the quartet is merely "string-synching" their instruments to somewhat-match the played-back music; this is why the performers seemed to be able to keep seamlessly playing their selection even as they were being tipped onto their backs.
