The screeching sound of touching-down airplane-tires is first heard several seconds "too early", when Daisy's plane is still high up in the air; Waylon Jennings is "much too early" when he speaks of Daisy's "not landing the plane, just jumping it", as well, since he says this during the scene of Daisy slowly bringing the plane in for a landing, while still many yards above the tarmac.
