Garrison Keillor should have more accolades like a Star for Radio on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; the Mark Twain Award for Comedy; the National Medal of the Arts; and of course, the Kennedy Center Honors. For the last forty years, Keillor has brought Prairie Home Companion to millions of listeners. The radio broadcast is at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is family viewing. Keillor is the master if ceremonies and its fearless leader. Keillor is a proud Minnesotan who tells stories like a master without any vulgarity or profanity. Besides his storytelling, he sings. There are performers like Jearlyn Steele who is just wonderful and others. This is wholesome family entertainment. I wonder why they don't air it every Saturday night.
