Naïma Rodric grew up in Dinant, in the Walloon region of Belgium, where she devoted her time to dance and theatre and appeared in several plays at the Dinant Conservatory.
Naïma then moved to Paris where she joined the Pygmalion studio. She returned to Belgium where she made her cinema debut in 2016. Since 2018, she has had a recurring role in the series 'Un si grand soleil', broadcast on France 2.
