Indu Sharma is an alumna of the National School of Drama, New Delhi. She started as a theatre actor and then moved on to films and television. Her theatre credits include Ranyeveskaya in Chekov"s The Cherry Orchard, Good Woman in Bertolt Brecht's Good Woman of Setzuan, Calpurnia in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. Film & web credits include Oscar winner Orlando von Einsiedel's 'Into Dust' a docudrama based on Perween Rahman's story, Deepa Mehta's dystopian Netflix drama series 'Leila'. Her upcoming acting work is a short named Riha and a series for Amazon Mini tentatively titled JN6. Apart from acting she is known for her work for films such as Tere Bin Laden 2, Shikara, The Shaukeens, Scam 1992, as a casting director.
