Alan Zwerling

Hello and Thank You for visiting my page! I have been acting and performing since childhood. I began my acting experience with community theatre and continued acting through high school and college. In between acting work, I have been performing locally in a variety of cover bands on the New Jersey Shore bar circuit, either as the lead singer or drummer.
I won Best Supporting Actor in a Short Film for my work in "Gravedigger" which showcased at FilmFest International in Nice, France. I also was a featured member of the Alan Chan Comedy Team. Most recently, I was accepted into One on One NYC where I have been participating in several classes and I have enjoyed every minute!
While I absolutely enjoy playing dramatic, multi-dimensional characters, I probably am most comfortable in comedic roles. Having a lazy left eye (which only happens when I look to the left, btw) has been a fun trait to share with people. I am looking forward to continued work in film and television, and I reside near Asbury Park, NJ with my wife, Rita.
