Neraida Bega was born and raised in Albania to a mother who was the chief doctor at a hospital and a father who was a private company construction engineer. When Neraida was 8 years old, she, her father and older sister Eneida fled the country due to the Kosovo War, leaving her mother to stay and care of her parents. Relocating to Italy, Nerida became involved in theater, belly dancing, playing piano and violin and trained in Muay-Thai for seven years. She eventually went on to train to become a Dental Technician.
She relocated to the United States from Italy to pursue acting and signed with Wilhelmina Models. She landed acting and stunt roles in the Borderlands 3 video game, the film Dog with Channing Tatum and Marvel's WandaVision. She is of Greek, Turkish and Albanian heritage and is fluent in Albanian, Italian, Spanish. She learned to speak English as her fourth language upon arriving in the United States.
