Fenia Apostolou
She studied at the State School of Dance and the Duncan Center for the Study of Dance. She collaborated with the Dance Theatre "Oktana" of Konstantinos Rigos and the Dance Theatre of the National Theatre of Northern Greece for 2 years. She was a member of the choreographic team of the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games in 2004. With her company, Lydia Lithos Dancetheatre, she has presented the following works in many festivals in Greece and abroad, ''Chair's Tragedy'', ''No limits at all'', ''Bloody Brothers'', ''The Death of the Maiden'', ''One God's Flock'', ''Dido'', ''Landing Flight'', ''The Dream of my dream ''Miss Julie'' (Grant from the Ministry of Culture in 2008), ''The Three Musketeers'' (participation in the Pro-Art Festival in Prague in 2014), ''Twisted Genders'' (participation in the High Fest 15th International Performing Arts Festival in Armenia in 2017 sponsored by the Ministry of Culture). She has directed the plays, ''Lifelong Blonde'' (2009), ''The Pelican'' (2014), ''Other Side'' (2015), ''The Call of Lauren'' (2017), Valpourgi: The Story of a Witch'' (2018) She participated in international festivals with dance and theatre works from the above-mentioned repertoire of her company in Venice, Plovdiv, Belgrade, Skopje, Trieste, Yerevan - Armenia, Dublin, Almanta-Portugal, Prague, Nicosia and Limassol. With the works ''Chair's Tragedy'' and ''Twisted Genders'' she participated in 2 Platforms of Contemporary Greek Dance at the Athens Concert Hall selected by an international jury. As an actor, she starred in the monologue written and directed by Dimitris Finitsis ''BELLELEN - The eternal tragedy of Helen'' (2015), in the performance ''A new era (?) at the Athens Festival (2019) and in 10 films, including: ''The Seed'' by Iphigenia Kotsoni (short film), ''The Man Who Fed His Shadow'' by Marios Garefos (short film), ''Charlie's Son'' by Karolos Zonaras (feature), ''Pink full speed'' by Dimitris Giatzouzakis (feature film),'' Modern Aphrodites'' by Dimitra Stavropoulou (short film) and in the film ''Amercement '' feature film by Fokion Bogris - second female transgender role- (Vera). In 2018 she was part of the Best Film jury at the Outview Film Festival. In 2023 was Coaching Manager and Choreographer of opera ''Strella'' at the Alternative Stage in National Opera in Greece
