Nayef created short films and stop-motion videos using a camcorder when he was a kid. During college, he decided to pursue a career in film and took theater and film classes. The teacher of his acting class encouraged him to audition for a production of "Suddenly Last Summer" by the Theater Arts Guild in Atlanta, which landed him one of the lead roles. This inspired Nayef to take acting more seriously, so he moved to New York to study the method. After being signed with an agency, he was cast in a pilot for Lions Gate TV. His passion for film and his dedication to honing his craft has led him to take on a variety of roles, including working for Panavision, serving as a camera assistant on "The Angriest Man in Brooklyn," and writing and directing his own films. Despite his success, Nayef remains committed to his craft and is always looking for new ways to grow as an artist.
