Hernán Zin is an Emmy and Grammy-nominated filmmaker, producer, writer, and war reporter of Italian-Argentinian origin. His career has been marked by his commitment to bringing attention to some of the most challenging and often overlooked issues around the globe. He has worked in over 80 countries, including conflict-ridden regions such as Afghanistan, Congo, Sudan, Somalia, Gaza, Syria and Lebanon. His work often focuses on the human impact of war, poverty, and social injustice, aiming to give a voice to those who are most affected by these crises.

In 2002 he founded Doc Land, one of Europe's leading independent companies documentary production companies. Based in Madrid, Doc Land has also offices in Dubai and Miami.
