John Humphreys studied sculpture at the Royal Academy Schools, London.
He has worked on numerous films, television programs and commercials
sculpting and creating special effects and prosthetic make-up. His big
break-through was Max Headroom. His fine art sculpture is surreal and
super-real, challenging the viewer's conventional perceptions of 2- and
3-dimensions. His work is exhibited internationally.
