Like many actors trying to make it in show business, Randall Slavin took menial work to make ends meet. Working at a gas station led to an assistant job at the photo studio across the street. That job would eventually lead Slavin away from the acting side of show business and into a successful career as a photographer specializing in celebrities and fashion.
