Adrian directed and produced the feature documentary The Ghost of Richard Harris with Jared Harris and his brothers in search of their father. The film had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival, then won best documentary at the Newport Beach and Fort Lauderdale Film Festivals. It was long listed for the 2023 Best Documentary BAFTA Awards and was nominated for the George Morrison Feature Documentary Award at the IFTA Awards. Adrian's most recent film is Chris Packham: Is it Time to Break the Law? for Channel 4. Adrian collaborated with veteran photographer Don McCullin for Looking For England and they travelled through war torn Syria to chart the cultural devastation wrought by ISIS in The Road to Palmyra for the BBC. He has also made documentaries with Anthony Hopkins and Steve Martin as well as director Baz Luhrmann for the Bafta winning The Show Must Go On. He explored the 'beautiful mystery' of singer songwriter Kate Bush for The Kate Bush Story: Running Up That Hill and the genius of Prince Rogers Nelson in Prince: Last Year of a Legend. He is executive producer for Levison Wood's series Arabia and on the feature documentary Misha and The Wolves.
