Paul Schrade was born on 17 December 1924 in Saratoga Springs, New York, USA. He was married to Monica Weil. He died on 9 November 2022 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
He was a union leader who worked on Robert Kennedy's presidential campaign, and was struck in the head by a bullet when an assassin fatally wounded Kennedy in Los Angeles in 1968. He spent much of his life trying to prove that gunman Sirhan Sirhan did not act alone.
