Born in Montreal, Canada in 1943. Started as a Canadian distributor of
16mm films and founded Criterion Pictures Corp. Ltd. in 1966,
eventually holding the 16mm distribution franchise for Columbia
Pictures, Warner Bros. and others in Canada. Moved to California, USA
in 1984 and founded American Cinema Marketing Corp. a company licensing
feature films internationally. In 2001 became president of BorderCrest
Production Services, Inc., a U.S. corporation that had provided
Canadian production rebates to major U.S. studios for feature films
filmed in Canada. In 2001 formed Associated Screen Artists, Inc., a
company that develops and produces feature films.
