Before joining the movie industry as a sound engineer, Kira Roessler
was the bassist for the L.A.-based hardcore band Black Flag (with Henry Rollins)
in the mid-'80s. She was also married to musician Mike Watt until the
mid-'90s. Other movies she worked on are Daddy Day Care (2003), Insomnia (2002) and
Under the Tuscan Sun (2003).
