- Brooks is a character actor who began his career in the 1980s with an episode on the action-crime drama series "T.J. Hooker". He also appeared in the 1986 [Arnold] Schwarzenegger actioner "Raw Deal". His screen appearances are mostly tied with television, including series such as "MacGyver", "Dallas", "Guns of Paradise", "Renegade" and "Walker, Texas Ranger". Brooks has even lent his voice to animated series beginning with "The New Batman Adventures" in 1998 as the voice of Killer Croc.
