Matthew Benjamin(VIII)
- Writer
- Additional Crew
Matthew Benjamin sold his first spec script to NBC in 1991 which was screen titled, "And Then She Was Gone," starring Robert Urich. He later became a producer/principal in a film production company, Red-Eye Productions, which developed a dark comedic thriller of his entitled "Dead Wrong." During this time, he began teaching screenwriting to prisoners at Terminal Island federal penitentiary, and he wrote a sardonic novel about rock and roll in the new digital age entitled, "Elevator to Hell."
Now based in the Bay Area, he was recruited to develop another one of his scripts into a TV series, a prescient dystopian project that very much addresses the critical issues of planet Earth as we venture deeper into the rapidly changing 21st century. Morgan Freeman and Bill Duke are involved as Executive Producers.
