Avet Avetisyan(1897-1971)

Born on 24th of November, 1897 in Tiflis (Tbilisi) (now Tbilisi,
Georgia). Graduated from the Nersisyan Armenian High School and fought
in World War I. Since 1918 was enrolled in different theatrical groups.
1920-21, worked in Amo Kharazyan's theatre in Kirovakan (now Vanadzor).
Since 1922 was a leading actor of the Sundukyan Drama Theatre of
Yerevan, where he played a high volume of roles of classical and
contemporary theatrical repertoire.
