List of Oscar® 2013 qualifying Live Action Short Films
This is the list of the short film that have had the qualification to compete for the Best Live Action Short Film at the 85th Academy Awards.
This year I disapprove some choices of the Academy in this category, being short-listed two short films, which I think should not have to compete. One of these has a million dollar budget and the producer is well known.
I believe that the Academy should support more small productions and young filmmakers who often make their films with little money, efforts in production, but big passion.
Therefore I believe that the great snubbed is
"LIMERENCE", directed by Giuseppe Rossi,
which really represents what is a great indie film.
A film made with love.
So it remains at the top of this list.
However, the most original and creative short still in race is "Death Of A Shadow".
