Pat Spain is tolerable as the host of this series, but he is no Josh Gates. Some of the stories have some educational value, but the investigation of the "mystery" is basically, B.S. For one thing the same stories have been done before by a show of the same title, but a different host, by the name of Jeff Rose. Maybe it was the pilot?

Basically that's all that needs to be said. This show is terrible. I watched the first two episodes with my dad and we both were like "Nope." and stopped watching. And it doesn't help that Pat Spain is a really bad host. On a scale of one to ten, I'd give this a negative hundred.

I watched this to see what it was like and I'm hooked my little nieces are now asking me to help look things up on the net as it has made them more interested in history. TOP JOB PAT

Great show that is very interesting. It combines the hosts intelligence and quest for knowledge with captivating mysteries.
