The Imagick::minifyImage() function is an inbuilt function in PHP which is used to scale an image proportionally to half of its size. This function resizes the image into one-half of its original size.

Syntax:  

bool Imagick::minifyImage( void )

Parameters: This function does not accepts any parameters.

Return Value: This function returns True on success.
