What do you like best about Fathom?

I came in with low expectations for the AI notetaking capabilities. I've been blown away by the accuracy and thoroughness of the notes. I can be more attentive in my meetings because I know Fathom will capture main points. And, I have the video recording to go back and watch if needed. I use this with Google Meets and Zoom every day. What do you dislike about Fathom?

What do you like best about Gong?

I don't feel the need to take notes on calls... I can actively listen. My team's performance as agents, I am able to track who all are satisfied with my auditing and who all are having disputes. The user-friendly interface, simple API connectivity, and readily available documentation make it easy to combine data in a convenient manner. What do you dislike about Convin.ai?

Although there are occasionally a few small errors and inaccuracies in the report area, I believe that most of the features are outstanding. Since the data is saved, this has no impact on the scoreboard, however it could be worthwhile to investigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of building the Quality Assurance scores separately for each of the agent who belongs to my in Excel and combining the data from several QAs, with Convin, it is easier to make the entire process in one platform where the parameters are predetermined and already configured. What do you like best about Google Meet?

Very easy to open, access and use basic features. I also like that you can set meeting up to track attendees instead of having to take attendance of required meetings. What do you dislike about Google Meet?

If one person creates a secure meet, but they are not the ones who open the meet, it may cause issues with the person who first logged in being able to see all the attendees, and they do not get the notifications there is an attendee (without a gmail, client, parent, etc.) asking to be let in the meeting. When a staff member changed, this was an ongoing issue, and we often had to stop the meeting, log out and create a new link, which wasted a lot of time with back to back meeting. There are a number of service providers required at meetings, as well as clients. It is almost impossible to arrange a full attendance meeting with all parties present. What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

My previous workplace used to use Google Meet, and compared to that, Zoom Workspace is a night and day difference. Firstly, the integrations and extensions store is beyond imagination. By properly using them, you can probably customize every aspect of the meeting. The new Zoom AI keeps track of the meeting events and even takes notes for you. Recently Zoom got a pretty huge update that massively improved the UI. The backgrounds, image filters, and customized noise cancellation make it a breeze to have productive meetings. What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

Meetings are capped at 40 minutes on the free version. The paid version is quite expensive even if you opt for the yearly payment discount. What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace currently acts as a one stop solution to schedule the meets, conduct the meets and keep tack of all the events from the meets. We have also integrated Otter AI with Zoom to automatically record the minutes of the minuting (as video and as text transcript). This is very useful when we are on long client calls and would need the discussion points later on. Zoom integration with Google calender sends out reminders before the meeting and at the time of the meeting. This ensures that we do not miss important calls. Since we are a completely remote organization, we massively rely on Zoom for all our daily sync calls and all other forms of meetings. And Zoom Workplace has always stood to thee expectations. What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?

It allows us to communicate easily with our colleagues for day to day business activities, it allows us to create channel and groups to add on multiple people on and communicate or sharey the required info and we can also tag a particular individual so that particular individual will get a notification. Also since it is synced with MS outlook we get all the notifications on meeting schedules on MS teams as well. What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?

When we send a message in a channel by tagging a particular individual, the notification goes to them stating you were tagged, however, when they reply to our conversation we don't get any notification stating our conversation was responded unless they tag us.

In previous version of MS teams we used to get a notification when someone replies to a conversation initiated by us even if we are not tagged, however, in updated version we don't receive any such notification and we have to manually go to our conversation and check if we have got a response. What do you like best about Webex Suite?

Webex App is a great platform that can be used for audio and video conferencing be it internally with colleuages or externally with networks and clients. So far I haven't had any problem with the usability of this app it's really easy to use and seamlessly allows you to schedule, join and manage the meetings regardless of the number of attendees that would be joining the call. It has helped me in collaborating remotely with colleagues, clients and partners when in-person meetings aren't possible and when I've had a large number of participants on a meeting that has been hosted it works seemlessly and in other words it's been a lifesaver in such circumstances. What do you like best about Skype?

Basically, I like most about Skype is its Ease of Implementation and use. I am using skype from last 5-6 years, and it still feels good. In the Skype I am enjoying the GIF, and Emoticons part very much. Skype is Ease of integrate with my daily routine when i start my day I usually check my skype. This tool really helped speed up the quality review task for me. The scoring forms are auto-populated and I can view the form and the conversation being reviewed side-by-side, which is a big time saver.

It's fairly friendly to use once you have some experience both with Salesforce and with other CRM tools. I'd love it to be more dynamic in design, but I know that's just a personal preference! It's often complicated to get around when you have a specific need. The steep learning curve of Salesforce is fruitful once cleared, but it can be frustrating at first (which was my case!), and cause issues when people don't use it as intented. That can also account for the amount of errors that happen when final users are trying to get some information, which in turn affects the amount of independence that can be provided to end-users. It helps keep track of operations, giving leadership an at-glance view of the Sales team, as well as becoming a single source of truth when it comes to Lead management, which can be complicated when your team is distributed remotely.

What do you like best about Nextiva?

Customer Service is great! And the set-up is so easy and they walk you through instead of handing you a guide. Whenever you run into an issue, which so far for us it is hardly ever, you can rely on technical support to fix the issue immediatley. Also, our phones have never been down which is something we had experienced frequently with our last provider. We happy with the switch!

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

The only thing we dislike about Nextiva is whenever a call is picked up by another person it is listed as missed on your end, even though the call was answered. So it is hard to tell which clients to follow-up with.

Update: You can differentiate now!

Update: Sometimes the Nextiva app is glitchy and you cant silence the alert on your desktop without being in Do Not Disturb mode. We use the app for chatting between coworkers so we can't not use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Close?

Close is like exploring a coral reef - it's beautiful, surprising, and doesn't get too deep.

I have now used Close at three different startups and have never been displeased with what I have recieved in the way of features and service. I have used comps like Hubspot and Salesforce, but that's like comparing apples to brussel sprouts. Close intentionally makes my life easier by creating shortcuts, automations and integrations that I actually use! I've found the reporting to be exactly what I need. Although the support articles have always provided what I need in the moment, I've also found the in-person support to be genuine and helpful.

I love close because I can depend on it to work the way I need for the startups I've worked for. My roles have been in sales and client success, both as an individual contributer and a leader. The permissions suit the role nicely. I've implemented Close on my own and it was extremely easy to do. I have also used Close integrations (currently with Missive) and I love how easy it is and how I can stay on task in the tool I'm in versus moving around in my tabs.

Google Workspace is very accessible and easy to use for our faculty, staff, and most importantly, our students. It's easy to manage from the IT perspective and provides a lot of security visibility and issue mitigation. Google is constantly evolving the product to meet the needs of users. Their customer support is easy to access and usually quick to resolve isses.

What do you dislike about Google Workspace?

The only downside that I can think of is the lack of native clients for worksatations. They provide them for mobile devices, but not computers. The cloud-based tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) work great, but many people like having a native client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Workspace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace affordably provides us with a full suite of tools for document generation and collaboration, email, chat, and meetings. What do you like best about Salesloft?

I like the part where inbound calls are automatically recognized by the software of which account it's connected to so that we'll hav full visibility of what they might be calling about.

The ability to customize a cadence depending on what you are trying to achieve is beneficial to easily know who you've already spoken to and the numbers you've already tried to dial in order to attempt connection.

To connect salesloft to salesforce is best as they would be able to communicate with each other on what your conversation was all about and to have visibility on what steps should be taken next.

What do you dislike about Salesloft?

The fact that we have to select contacts on the account and manually add them to salesloft is inefficient. We have to click each name on saleforce then add them each to salesloft consumes 2 hours of my time in a day.

What problems is Salesloft solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the need to manually dial a phone number saving us a huge amount of time to call, removes the fact tht we need a hardphone to dial or receive calls which frees up space in our office, the need to use sticky notes on our desk for reminders is another that salesloft eliminated as it would be prone to time wastage as we needed to manually write on paper, eliminates waste on supplies for the same reason mentioned and prevents the loss of data as it's cloud based therefore giving us the security we need to prevent data breach. What do you like best about Avoma?

Avoma is a great tool since it eliminates the need for detailed note taking during meetings (or really any note taking at all). It effectively captures a transcript of the meetings and summarizes the key points and purpose so that it's easy to understand what was discussed and with what tone.

The user interface is very clean and easy to navigate. It's laid out in a logical and helpful way to navigate through meeting topics, speakers, etc. It's also very easy to share meetings with external parties through the Playlist functionality, completely removing the need to specify links to meetings.

Avoma also has helpful integrations. The fact that it integrates with Zoom so easily is a big plus, and lets it be a "set it and forget it" tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avoma?

I wish that recordings became available more quickly so that I could go and organize them immediately after a call ended. I think this is a limitation of processing power in today's infrastructure (ex. Zoom recordings are also not available immediately). Perhaps if there was a way to have a placeholder showing that a meeting was being processed but that still allowed me to organize the recording, it would be convenient and reduce the chance of me forgetting to move it. What problems is Avoma solving and how is that benefiting you?

It eliminates the need for note taking, which lets me more fully focus on the meeting.

It captures AND summarizes the transcript, so I feel confident that I am not only capturing all the detail from the meeting, but also an overview where I can quickly reference and extract information after the fact without navigating an entire recording. It saves me time in this way.

Digital assets (videos, PDFs, articles, ebooks, links, etc.) tagged as external-facing can easily be shared with customers by our executive leadership and field teams including Sales Development Representatives,Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.

The new AI features enable self-service for our teams.

Training missions make it easy for our field teams to record and upload video presentations to practice their skills.

Mindtickle provides some built-in reporting, but I would like more reporting to help me identify and prioritize our best-performing content.

Like other content management systems, it requires time and effort to currate and track content requests, development, curation, and publication. What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Mindtickle, our content was scattered across messaging apps, cloud storage, emal, and people's laptops and phones. Now, with Mindtickle, we keep all of our internal and external content and resources in a single location. Sales Hubs help us organize content by internal and external audiences. Tags make it easy to categorize conotent by type, audience, buyer stage, etc. For example, we have content for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Partners.

Onboarding new sales team members used to be a big challenge, requiring a lot of preparation of custom slide decks, calendaring, emails and pulling together a variety of content such as checklists, spreadsheets, documents, and product demos. Now we have an organized way to deliver new team member onboarding and can track each person's progress.

Before Mindtickle, when prospects wanted more product information after an initial call, we had to find files to attach to an email and forward that email to all of the attendees. Now we use Mindtickle's built-in Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs) and templates to make it easy to share the relevant content with prospects, partners, and customers, including a company overview, 3rd party analyst research, product data sheets, customer videos, slides, and testimonials. Recipients can forward to their colleagues and we can see the most popular pieces of content to help us continually improve our marketing materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
