I love using Zoho Campaigns to send campaigns to a large list of emails. All the tools I need are readily available, and I can easily change the settings. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Zoho apps and some of the tools I use. It’s much easier to compose emails and distribute them to people. In addition, it provides valuable feedback on how my emails are performing, allowing me to quickly track who opens and engage with the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little tricky to get the hang of, especially if you’re new to this type of tool. Email design isn’t always very modern, and I wish there were more new templates. Also when I need help, I don’t always get a quick response from their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Campaigns does NOT sync with Zoho CRM properly. Once records are created in Zoho CRM, they are supposed to flow in to Campaigns, however, this functionality will randomly stop working and nobody will know or get notified.
We have had this happen over 15 times. Every time Zoho say theyve fixed it only for it to randomly break a few days/weeks later.
It doesnt sound like a big thing, but it means that any website->CRM->Live emailing or marketing automation randomly stops and customers will not get any notifications.

We are into Education industry.
We have implemented ZOHO CRM in April 2023 with only 2 users and in just 6 months we have reached to 91 users just because of good chat support of ZOHO CRM.
Recently we have shifted to ZOHO ONE because we have decided to implement ZOHO Tools in all other department also.
Now we are facing very poor response from the ZOHO ONE's chat support. The agents are not knowledgeable enough, they just try to end the chat every time and they do not have prospective of solution. Many times, agents do not read our messages and asking same thing again and again and because of less knowledgable, agents escalate the issue to other team and said that you will receive an email, this happend most of the time even for just a small issue, this effects our growth.
We have raised the issue with ZOHO ONE team but they also not able to give solution.
Now we have decided to drop ZOHO ONE and back to ZOHO CRM, we will user other tools for our other departments.
Based on our experience, we recommend that instead of ZOHO ONE, use individual tool so that you can receive good support from particular tool's expert.

I only have some few issues with their product. The recent updates caused a freezing on the app whenever I try to change my profile picture.
