Zoho Assist offers the most affordable and flexible pricing model in the market. You can choose Remote Support and/or Unattended Access depending on your requirements and you will be paying only for what matters. For example, in unattended access, you get unlimited technicians and pricing is only for the number of computers while in case of Remote Support, you pay only for remote support technicians and get unlimited end-points.

It works very well and makes it incredibly to use unattended access. The product has all of the functionality of much more expensive products and is extremely easy to use. I am pleased that it is complemented with other Zoho resources to be an assistant between computers and devices with a direct connection and stable. Best licensing on remoting in with unlimited users. The multi screen feature is nice as well to easily go thorugh multiple monitors. Browser version is great, so don't need to install software to use. Lots of backend it focused functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not very many options / features compared to other pricer remote software. The overall experience isn't as smooth. Sometimes requires refreshing to unfreeze, get copy/paste to work. No drag/drop. Mobile experience is not that great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
