What do you like best about YOOBIC?

We have been using YOOBIC since March of 2023. Soon after implementation, we saw an uptick in validation rates, learning retention and connectivity with the home office. What do you dislike about YOOBIC?

Functionality is built more for the boutique retailer. Our scale in number of stores and number of associates has presented many issues. The fact I can reach out and support my stores with ease. The campaigns & requests are easy to set up and work well in our stores on the front line. What do you like best about YOOBIC?

I like that the tool creates a strong bond with the team and makes it very easy for operations, trainings, VM an to get any info quickly through or from the teams.

It makes me feel like I am in stores with our teams, when I actually only see them once every 2 months

It was super easy to roll out, we have every age group in our teams and they are all using it at ease

What do you like best about YOOBIC?

Yoobic is an easy to use tool & it's a great way of managing a team of individuals who all live in different parts of the country. I can easily asign tasks & see their progress from afar.

Whenever I come accross a problem I don't understand, Yoobic customer support is available to help.

My team uses this tool on a daily basis to complete their work. When assigning new tasks for the team, one of my favorite features is being able to copy existing missions & using an existing template for new missions. Some clubs share team members in Fredericksburg and when they work another club it can get a little messy as we are not sure if the walk around is our club or another clubs walk around completed. Also when a walk around doesnt get finished it gets stuck and wont allow anyone to open or start a new one GM or AGM must reassign the walk around to another at that point. What do you like best about YOOBIC?

J'aime le fait que l'accès à la plateforme soit simple, qu'on puisse y implémenter une campagne rapidement et qu'elle soit directement mise en ligne.

Nous sommes 2 pour nous assurer de la bonne application de la stratégie merch de 380 magasins, nous travaillons donc à l'aveugle mais grâce à Yoobic nous pouvons obtenir des analyses, des photos, et des scores de ces magasins. Nous pouvons également faire des recensements rapides et efficaces.

Aussi, dès que j'ai un soucis, Marie qui s'occupe de nous est toujours très réactive et nous apporte une solution claire et précise à laide de vidéo ou d'appel personnalisé.

Being able to create missions in advance and having specific dates before mission can launch. Its user friendly and easy to edit.
