What do you like best about Webex Calling?

It's too easy to operate. A grandma could open Webex and know what to do to have things working. Differently than the average Teams app, it's dark natively, which is in my humble opinion a MUST in 2024. It's compact, so I don't have to use it in full screen in order to have access to what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

Not having a way to close the chat currently open. Sometimes you open someone's chat to read their message and answer, but then you have to do something else. The chat is still there, open, and there is no way to close it, you can just move to another chat. That's a problem, because sometimes you open Webex back and you ended up sending a read receipt when you didn't necessarily read it; nevertheless, message is considered "read" on client side when I go for a prioritary chat/discussion and I might forget to read that person's message later. There should be a way to put flags into chats/discussions or to set as "not read" se we're reminded later there are people to answer. The app should also use AI to remind you that some messages apparently need answering (even if that's an optional feature).

I love Outlook's integration with Webex, but I don't like Webex's integration with Outlook. I can easily set up a Webex meeting through Outlook, but I cannot easily set up a Webex meeting that I'll be added to my schedule. I cannot access my teammembers schedules if I don't go through Outlook. Webex's access to Outlook's information is limited; this might not be intentional, but if it is, you might want to rethink that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Calling?

our in house communication has become more efficient due to webex calling user-friendly interface , from any device placing and taking calls seesm natural and the process of integrating it with our current workflow is easy. It promotes a centralized hub for communcation due to its smooth integration with other webex features like meetings and messaging. These days we make extensive use of it all throughout the days, from internal teams meetings to brief clients calls, even though there may occasionally be little technical problems , the customer service staff has always been quick to respond and helpful in fixing them. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

It need more technical knowledge which could result in addtional expenses. The security features , while strong may not be as adaptable as certain business needs, especially those handlig extremely private data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Webex calling has solved a number of isseus that were impending oru busness communication, it placed an- on primises PBX system with a scalable and reasonably priced cloud solution, eliminating the high maintence costs and complexity of the former. This results in more adaptable workplace where members of our team can easily connect and collabrate from anywhere. Its unified platform, which integrate messaging calling and meetings , also facilitates streamlined communicatio and does away with the need to switch between multiple applications, by allowing our mobile workforce to receive and make calls on their devices. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Good range to answer long distance calls from the comfort of my business phone, all calls are hosted in the Webex cloud, very useful to keep a good history. Security at all times as phone calls are encrypted, at all times I feel protected, the interface is very corporate, calls are of good quality and everything works very well within Webex. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

I have no complaints about this tool, the truth is that the calls are of great quality, the only serious consideration is that I do not consider it useful for very small companies, it is preferable to answer traditional phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Calling?

The App is well-designed and built, and being able to receive and make calls to your colleagues and your network contacts from anywhere while still using your company infrastructure is amazing. What do you dislike about Webex Calling?

There isn´t much to say here, but a thing that there is some room for improvements in the App for Android platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Webex Calling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a hybrid environment here, where our local PSTN gateways are on-premisses and all our Webex app clients are cloud-based, this integration is reliable and easy to set up.

The main problem that Webex Calling helped us to overcome was the need of VPN connection for everyone outside the office to have phone services working, many users are working with VDIs and most of them need to keep connected to the customer environment which was a problem since to have phone services they would disconnect from customer to connect locally to be able to receive or make a external call. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I love it every time I use it because its great for secure collaboration at work or at home. I like having meetings and calls to talk about business and new projects, and its also great for its customizable interface and multi-conferencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Webex Calling?

I like the excellent audio quality from any device and that it simplifies all the work and has become our first communication option. I also like being able to make phone calls from my phone and eliminate call chat to maintan data protection. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

Easy to manage and understand, I'm a IT technicall support so I everyday receive case about provisioning a new Softphone or new call extension. With Webex Control Hub I can easly create new one and users can login because their integration with AD servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has a dependency on PSTN or ISDN if you want to reroute your calls from a SIP trunk you need to deploy an on site device that can handle the traffic from SIP trunk, it would be cool an integration with other vendors than Cisco for SBC solutions, or something like integration with API to handle this kind of traffic. We wanted a replacement for our old Telephone PSTN E1 cetral, we were looking for something that handle collaboration and at the same time integrate with local SIP solutions, after some research we were offered with a Cloud PBX, Since our operation is small, Cloud PBX was a great option for us. It allowed our users to have remote access to thier business phone without a need for a traditional VPN. We moved to Webex Calling just before the pandemic and it allowed our business to continue during the pandemic. It has also allowed our organization to continue to grow with the ability to have remote workers throughout the United States. Our sales team uses the Webex calling on thier mobile devices for access to thier work phone number. This allows out customers to be able to reach them while being remote. The ease of use is what most people like best about Webex Calling. It's just a click-and-go type of situation and people seem to love it around here. It has helped a number of users in our company. So people didnt quite grasp the new concept of webex calling and how it works since the new Webex Calling has ao many additional features and ways to connect. Webex calling didnt solve a problem that we had previously rather than helping us grow what we had in place. The call quality is excellent and the support has been top notch. And the click-to-chat support is excellent. Also, the design of the website is very good. What do you like best about Webex Calling?

The best thing about Webex Calling is its ambient noise reduction, which allows me to have a conversation even when I'm on the street. It is very simple and intuitive to use; which allows us to use it every day from any device.

Mobility today is a necessity, but it is also necessary to be able to access your extension at any time. Webex Calling solves this problem in a very efficient way. Our HR team must be accessible to any collaborator during the work day. What do you like best about Webex Calling?
