It's great how seamless the integration with Trello is, as it has improved our ability to track multiple activities more efficiently. Trello Bot contributed to making us complete all the tasks as well as conducting conversations and chatting from one platform, which relieved us of the burden of moving between many platforms to complete the tasks. One of the things I also like is the ease of adding members at a very reasonable cost, which enables us to raise our ability to cooperate to better coordinate tasks and updates. While the Trello Bot has many great features, there is one major lacking feature that I wish it had - the ability to assign tasks directly within the bot. Currently, I have to switch back and forth between the bot and Trello to assign tasks to team members, which can be time consuming and disruptive to my workflow. If you set up everything correctly with all the right triggers and actions, you can automate a lot of manual work that saves time for you and your team. I like the ability to connect an email conversation to an existing Trello card or creating a new Trello card directly from Front. Having Trello cards connected to email threads makes referring back to discussions about jobs super easy. It also allows me to research communication information about other assignments.

I don't appreciate when a Front conversation is archived, the Trello link becomes broken, and I can't find the linked email thread. With older jobs, if I am researching something, it can be vital for me to see the original email thread, but Trello can't find the conversation.

What I like best about this application is that I am able to add all my Trello actions from within Slack without having to switch applications which can be really annoying, this feature is really cool and is beneficial especial if you want to write down important stuff and to-do thing immediately without forgetting. I dislike that i can't see what my teammates are doing on other boards. The features for collaboration need to improve. I think there can be more features to work with other team members on the site. I also noticed that i couldn't make my dashboard look customized at all. I had to use their interface. I wish we cold personalize each project so that i could tell the difference between all of them.
