The UI for this program is well laid out and does allow some customization for users depending on your business needs. I especially like being able to save my KB articles directly into the UI and not have to save them as external bookmarks in my browser.Also the intergrated chat funciton is a great addition to use for those who prefer to type out thier support over a phone call with a user. The dashboards can be compliated or simple depending on your needs, for us the dashbaords have allowed my techs to create a better work flow and environment that they find inviting to be able to see all thier work at a glance without needs to navigate multiple screens or tabs to find all the infoamtion they need. Not having a dark mode available is my one dislike. Working from home and various hours, I would like to change the UI to show a Dark mode option.
