What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has made my life as a RevOps leader so much easier. The automation paired with AI has brought incredible information into our CRM. Sales no longer needs to update CRM data manually, and leadership knows where to go in our system to find it. It truly is brilliant. Integrating Slack and Google Drive allows for great cross-team collaborations without requiring all users to be in a CRM. It's just a great tool and company! What do you like best about Momentum?

Biggest draws:

- AI powered automations (call summarizations, drafted emails, next step updating in SFDC, auto-fill fields)

- Deal / Customer slack rooms with slack automations (emoji react --> update sfdc, email back and forth history)

- Slack Notifications (deal approvals for contracts, closed won deal notifications, new deal movement notifications)

- People (super responsive and helpful team, invested in making their product better with their customers)

Momentum essentially helps give our company view into our CRM without requiring that everyone at the company have a Salesforce license

What do you dislike about Momentum?

With any new product that is being built, there can be some hiccups, but the team is very quick to respond, troubleshoot, and fix.

What do you like best about Momentum?

Being able to automate most manual functions that were done with salesforce but also being able to bring salesforce reports to life in a slack channel to help harbor collaboration between teams. Very helpful on the customer retention side Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has a ton of wow factor features, but what it really comes down to for us is the flexibility and versatility of the platform. Much like Salesforce Flows, Momentum is a revolution in automation and driving the efficient movement and transformation of your data all while keeping it at the fingertips of those who need it most. What do you like best about Momentum?

We've been able to automate a number of rote tasks and reduce the mental overhead for our sales team using Momentum workflows that connect with Salesforce, Gong, Asana, and Google Drive. I really like their vision: they have some functionality similar to Troops and Rattle but go beyond that to solve a far wider array of process and data management tasks. Some Momentum recipes we love:

- Deal rooms generally. Their setup, management, and in-room guidance on next steps.

- After a Gong call, one-click add of net new attendees to Salesforce

- Ensure we have a Drive folder connected to each Account

What do you like best about Momentum?

We have a Slack culture and the simplicity of Momentum ensures our Sales Account Team, Ops Teams, and Management Team engage, interact, and don't let things slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think it's coming but more ability to update SFDC records from the Momentum Opportunity Channels. Today everything is fed into Chatter. Ideally, Contacts, Notes, Documents could be mapped to the fields in SFDC Accounts, Opportunites, Contacts, etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have better team communication and visibility on opportunities. It feels like we get timely updates from different team members because they are as simple as updating the channel in Slack, (vs a ticket or deciding who to include when sending an email).

For our larger or more complex deals, we can quickly bring the Management team up to speed and engage the greater team on Slack thread with history. This also allows for other team leaders to chime in with examples or help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Momentum?

What do you like best about Momentum?

Momentum has done a great job with its deal rooms and notification structure in unlocking cross-team collaboration surrounding existing opportunities and product deployments, linking the information in Salesforce to the text channels our teams live inside of in Slack. What do you dislike about Momentum?

We have not had many issues with Momentum, I know that one of our bigger blockers has been the time it takes to bring new notification requests online. Their team has been great in helping us build out these notifications on their end, and quite fast about it, but as they have built out their notification platform, this has been getting easier to do on our own. Momentum is helping us solve a communication issue, where data locked in Salesforce must be manually transferred to members not within SFDC by word of mouth. Momentum is allowing us to bring non-SFDC members into the conversation to have insight into active projects. What do you like best about Momentum?

I like the automated war rooms and centralized area to track milestones. Honestly I probably don't utilize the tool as well I as should. I'm unsure of any competitive tool in the market, so I think Momentum has definitely carved out its own niche Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm unsure of what emojis to place, to have things update & track into SFDC. I've also never minded putting things in SFDC, but like most sales people I'm not always on top of it like I should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
