The most helpful part of using Jotform is how easy it is to embed the finished form on your website. No matter what CMS or platform you use, you can easily place your form for anyone to use, anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you are going to have a huge volume of signed documents, you will need to order the most expensive tier (or maybe even enterprise). Otherwise, it's not an ideal solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I spent a lot of time building a form under the guise that it was "free" only to finish it, test it out, and then be informed I only get 5 free submissions and, oh yeah, you just used up 2 testing the product. I dont need a whole plan for recieving 1000 submissions a month. I work in videography, I needed talent release forms that would maybe total a max of 10 a month. If I was going to be charged, I would have just stuck to the paper releases. As it turns out, my Adobe subscription comes with a forms program so I have just been using that. I would recommend this to studios that have a higher volume of releases that need signed and if they don't already work with adobe software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
