I like how easy it is to sort by a variety of variables. It’s easy to understand and pretty user friendly. I use Crisp on a weekly basis to pull reports and analyze sales data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t think Crisp has this feature yet, but it would be wonderful to pull a distribution grid of all our products and what warehouse(s) that it’s located in. I have to select and filter out each item at a time so that I am able to view what warehouse it is carried in. We have over 20 skus which makes this a bit time consuming filtering out each item. The entire plateform is user friendly but every now and then some of the attribute selections populate wonky. I've used their notification function to know if any product or distributor is dropping in sales. I really enjoy using Crisp, if I moved to a brand that didn't use Crisp it would be one of the first things I would look at adding to the team. It doesn't require anything from your team to really get going or regularly maintain and it is a great way to see your business and customers. I like the new integration with UNFI insights as well. I like that Crisp is so intuitive - the ramping period for udnerstanding how to use the platform was so short. I also like how detailed the data can get. We love that we don't have to re-frame our minds when we get in because you can go connector to connector and see things visualized similarly. This isn't Crisp's problem but what the heck UNFI, the "confidential" retailers make it really hard to truly get in here and digest the information. Crisp promises to help with itemizing deduction but we have yet to see any benefit from this feature. Crisp's inventory reports for UNFI and KeHE have been critical in helping our Operations and Sales teams support our distributors and keep our retailers well-stocked. Crisp makes it easy to see real-time inventory levels across DCs at the SKU level so we can proactively flag when we see potential issues and partner with distributors to keep our retailers in stock! Crisp's fill rate reports help us understand gaps and urgently work with our distribution partners to resolve them. Every void means lost sales, so Crisp is vital in working toward our revenue goals! I don't feel like I'm fully utilizing the reporting tools available.
