What do you like best about Creatio?

In order to use the platform to support our sales process, our organization has required quite a bit of customization. Creatio has proven to be the partner for us by accommodating and customizing our sales process where needed. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with our Customer Service Manager, very impressed with the high level of support and understanding of our business in a short time.

The platform is user friendly with a great user interface, easy to navigate and the training provided is extensive. Creatio offers a wide selection of Apps in their marketplace to integrate with the platform, therefore creating great opportunity for expanding the functionality.

Though our sales team has only just started to adopt the platform into their daily routines, we foresee a long-term relationship with Creatio, improving our sales process, lead management and marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

Hoping for ways to upload individual contacts from phone or outlook instead of full synchronization. This would make data entry more efficient, instead of entering a contact in cell phone and then in Creatio. Our team works from their cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creatio?

Creatio is very powerful, housing many different useful functions and tools that track sales and customer data. When it comes to analytics, Creatio offers numerous options to display data that fits most, if not all, of our needs. Our company really likes the "activities" tab/feature of the platform. We use this heavily to plan out visits, appointments, repairs, etc. The platform also does a good job performance wise on both desktop and mobile environments. Having the mobile option is nice as it allows sales personnel in the field (Salesmen, Merchandisers, Drivers, etc) to use the platform via mobile devices, in contrast to a desktop only environment. What do you dislike about Creatio?

While this isn't much of a downside, here is one thing to note if you are a team or person new to Creatio:

If you're taking on a role at your company as a Creatio admin, at first it may take a little bit to get used to the system and comprehend it fully. Creatio is a platform with a lot of uses and features, so naturally there is going to be learning involved to get a good understanding of the system. Scheduling: Creatio gave us a proper and efficient means of scheduling work related tasks. Helps us to manage availability, schedule meetings/visits, and general work tasks. This is great as is behaves as a central hub for sales employees to manage their workdays to prevent potential scheduling conflicts, mishaps, and issues.

Data/Analytics: Using Creatio has allowed us to view sales and customer data efficiently. Information updates in real time, which allows for less on-demand upkeep and the viewing of real-time data, trends, and history. This allows for us to make educated sales decisions and strategies.

Well there are a number of things. With Creation, we can do a whole lot of things in less time with its low code technology. Business Processes and DCM makes the process completely streamlined and automated. Excel reports can be easily generated. Creation integrations makes convenient to connect with other services. As a partner, I really enjoy working with a product that is so easy to learn/customize. Creatio as a company has been a great strategic partner and they listen to their partner network too (in addition to their customers) when it comes to product development. What do you like best about Creatio?

I have worked on many projects and with various tools throughout my extensive career, and I would like to say that Creatio's CRM bundle has impressed me the most. The intuitive design of the dashboard and overall layout is very user-friendly. Because of this, my ramp-up time has reduced and a user get started with the day that much sooner. And with so many projects on the go at times, having the ability to easily tweak functionalities to cater project-specific requirements is also great and should not be underestimated. The great customer support is the highlight of Creatio for me. The fast response times, coupled with a knowledgeable support team, ensures that any questions or issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

The upgrades that Creatio make have a mixed benefit. While it means there are lots of new features and functionality, things we put in place a long time ago are possibly no longer the best implementation. This results in either using an outdated implentation or spending the time to update what we have in place. Just about everything flows well between versions in terms of interoperability though. Management of support tickets. Integration with thrid party APIs to help streamline our processes. It acts as our customer database and is a key part of our record keeping system. Our support and service teams deal with a large flow of emails and everything moves through Creatio. It would be impossible to control everything without it. Creatio provides all the tools we need in a CRM system. Implementation is a breeze with their no code platform which is easy to use and allows for quick updates.

Waiting for package deliveries can take a little getting used to however the team does a great job of differentiating between items that requires immediate action and what can wait for the weekend package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Creatio is allowing our service teams a centralized "one stop shop" that allows for more timely and consistent forms of service. Creatio is also a great management tool that offers beneficial reporting that enables us to provide the best services to our employees as well as our customers. Creatio gives us the freedom to truly drive our business and guide our users in the same direction without our users feeling a "big brother" presence.
