In order to use the platform to support our sales process, our organization has required quite a bit of customization. Creatio has proven to be the partner for us by accommodating and customizing our sales process where needed. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with our Customer Service Manager, very impressed with the high level of support and understanding of our business in a short time.
The platform is user friendly with a great user interface, easy to navigate and the training provided is extensive. Creatio offers a wide selection of Apps in their marketplace to integrate with the platform, therefore creating great opportunity for expanding the functionality.

Creatio is very powerful, housing many different useful functions and tools that track sales and customer data. When it comes to analytics, Creatio offers numerous options to display data that fits most, if not all, of our needs. Our company really likes the "activities" tab/feature of the platform. We use this heavily to plan out visits, appointments, repairs, etc. The platform also does a good job performance wise on both desktop and mobile environments. Having the mobile option is nice as it allows sales personnel in the field (Salesmen, Merchandisers, Drivers, etc) to use the platform via mobile devices, in contrast to a desktop only environment. If you're taking on a role at your company as a Creatio admin, at first it may take a little bit to get used to the system and comprehend it fully. Creatio is a platform with a lot of uses and features, so naturally there is going to be learning involved to get a good understanding of the system. Well there are a number of things. With Creation, we can do a whole lot of things in less time with its low code technology. Business Processes and DCM makes the process completely streamlined and automated. Excel reports can be easily generated. Creation integrations makes convenient to connect with other services. The intuitive design of the dashboard and overall layout is very user-friendly. Because of this, my ramp-up time has reduced and a user get started with the day that much sooner. And with so many projects on the go at times, having the ability to easily tweak functionalities to cater project-specific requirements is also great and should not be underestimated.
