To be a meeting management and calendar application, it has a lot of customization options. Something I particularly like is the ability to configure meetings taking into account the different time zones of each member of my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its advantage can also be its biggest flaw because having so many customization options can become confusing, and you have to fill in each of the many options in the events for it to work. Additionally, personally, I don't like that it doesn't have many options for working with recurring events or tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can tell some of the benefits of using CalendarHero, an AI-powered scheduling assistant:
Time-Saving: CalendarHero can save users time by automating the scheduling process. It can quickly find available meeting times that work for all participants and send out invitations, reducing the need for back-and-forth emails and scheduling conflicts.
Easy to Use: CalendarHero is easy to set up and use, with a simple and intuitive interface that guides users through the scheduling process. Users can easily connect their calendars, set preferences, and schedule meetings with a few clicks.
Personalization: CalendarHero offers personalized scheduling options, such as prioritizing certain meeting types, setting custom availability windows, and providing different scheduling options for different participants.
Integration: CalendarHero integrates with popular calendar apps such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and Apple Calendar, as well as with communication tools like Slack and Zoom. This makes it easy to incorporate scheduling into existing workflows and communication channels.
AI-powered: CalendarHero uses AI to analyze calendar availability, suggest meeting times based on participant preferences, and even suggest meeting topics based on previous interactions. This helps to optimize scheduling and improve productivity.
Overall, CalendarHero is a time-saving, easy-to-use scheduling assistant that offers personalization and AI-powered features to improve scheduling and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can tell some of the potential drawbacks or challenges of using CalendarHero:
Cost: CalendarHero offers a free version with limited features, but users may need to upgrade to a paid plan to access more advanced features, such as integration with multiple calendars and advanced scheduling options.
Privacy Concerns: As an AI-powered scheduling assistant, CalendarHero requires access to users' calendars and may analyze and use data from these calendars to optimize scheduling. This can raise privacy concerns for some users.
Learning Curve: While CalendarHero is designed to be easy to use, some users may still need some time to get familiar with the interface and features.
Limited Features: While CalendarHero offers a range of useful features, some users may find that it lacks certain customization options or advanced scheduling features they need for their specific use case.
Reliance on Integration: CalendarHero relies heavily on integration with other apps, such as calendar and communication tools, which means that it may not be as useful for users who don't regularly use these tools or who prefer to use standalone scheduling software. Very long list of possible integrations with other tools. I also appreciate the so-called "unified search", to easily search through files and events across all your connected integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not entirely sure about the inner workings of the feature that lets several people choose the most suitable date and time for an event. Sometimes it doesn't work as I expected, but it might be me not having understood how it works... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is the only Calendar/Scheduling program I know of that has a free version with integration for more than one calendar (for example, work and home). The customizable options, even with the free version, are more than adequate to meet my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every once in a while, the app would "lose" my customized folder setting and I would have to go back in and fix it. This is very frustrating, as I don't know why it happens, and it has no discernible pattern as to when it happens. My folders just randomly "go away" until I log back in and reset them. What I liked the BEST about CalendarHero is that they have a lot of integrations with almost every helpful platform like Hubspot, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Mailchimp, and so much more! Moreover, you can have your entire team onboarded with their Team Plan so everyone gets their meeting links and synced to their calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The part I do not like about CalendarHero is that you would need either a MIcrosoft or Google account in order to use their service. Signing up using email from other service providers like Zoho is not possible at this time. Further, the platform does not allow a custom domain to be linked to your meeting links, unlike other similar featured platforms which offers CNAME mapping to your account. It has a lot of flexible options and features that allow us to customize it to our specific needs. With a LOT of integrations, CalendarHero really helps us save time when setting up bookings with our customers. It's also really competitively priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's easy to use the interface looks a bit outdated (both in the backend and the frontend) and would benefit from a redesign. The backend usability suffers a bit with the design but once you get used to it, it's really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the Meeting Directories, which allow us to offer multiple meeting types or lengths instead of forcing them into one meeting type. For example, we have a meeting option for Brands, Retailers, and Partners, but also Demos or Quick Chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a user, I haven't found anything. However, my CMO states that it doesn't integrate with Hubspot so we can't score contacts based on them booking a meeting. I think that's a nice-to-have functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CalendarHero saves me a lot of time and is super customizable, unlike calendly. You can set as many calendars as needed and the integration with office365 is seamless. Clients love it! It also allows my staff to set their own calendars in an easy way. I love it and plan to use it for a very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Payment integration could be better (e.g. lawpay integration). It only integrates with stripe and sometimes there are issues with the currency. As a result, I no longer use the payment feature. I have also been made aware that for those booking outside my time zone, it is difficult if not impossible for them to adjust the time zone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It saves time and multiple rounds of emails and phone calls. It is easy for me and for those trying to arrange a meeting time with me. It syncs well with Microsoft Calendar and I've had no issues. I've been using for a couple of years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes. There are some features I've not tried yet, but everything I have tried works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used Calendarhero for 2 years. I love how easy it is to sync with the calendar and the fact that the automated assistant sends reminders to the attendees on my behalf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of my international clients have had difficulties in the past scheduling according to the selected timezone. The times of these meetings have been misplaced a couple of times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CalendarHero has all the requisite calendaring tools and then some. Besides just enabling folks to schedule time based on an array of parameters, it even has cool features like making certain attendees required. That helps streamlines the process of scheduling. All of this for a mere $8/mo. Extremely good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really there isn't much to dislike. It's been reliable and continues to be an excellent value.
The "only" downside I have experienced is when it lost my Zoom connection. Not sure why that happened. But it did. I fixed it in minutes. Still, it happened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CalndarHero does what it says on the box, but due to the features there is a learning curve. The docs could do with more worked examples Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a consultant and work with several businesses with different calendars and what's critical is that my availability across all of my calendars is taken into consideration when I share a booking link out with someone. Also, I've only had one bug crop up in the 2 years I've used CalendarHero and support was very responsive to both the initial bug report and with follow up and fixing the bug. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is not a dislike but it would be nice to able to use different logos on different calendar booking landing pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the functionality of the big players like Calendly and Acuity, but less than half the cost! All of my appointments can be easily scheduled by my clients in a way that saves us both time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! It does exactly what I need it to do! I have not experienced downtime with CalendarHero. I've been able to customize it with my logo and my brand. Overall, it has been a great experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best features that I love about CalendarHero is the following:
- AI assistant that's connected to Slack, I can always depend on her to reach out to my client and schedule a meeting without further actions.
- A booking portal - this page allows my clients to book a meeting with me with pre-qualifying questions.
- And the ability for me to invite my teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- An easier way to directly get support. Right now you have to fill out the forms to get support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The scheduling links you use are highly customizable to most nitty gritty detail. And the integration with so many of my different email accounts and calendars is the best part. It works for all of my business/company calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no real downsides to CalendarHero other than the fact that it doesn't set itself up. However their tutorials and instructions make it a breeze to set up and start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That is the software easy to use, easy to learn and automated, to always have your meetings, tasks and appointments in one single place. As an extra, you can have an assistant that sends you daily your appointments to your email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the moment, none; I like to use calendar hero, maybe the logging I prefer software that doesn't use social login, but is ok, at the end I always get in but I prefer with my email/name and password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The layout of the calendar booking page and seamless integration with other products makes it great for booking personal and business meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is amazing and as with anything, the only downside is that we need more licences which, in turn, costs more money, but as far as price goes, Calendar hero is extremely competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like using CalendarHero. Have been using it before it changed name. It's very easy to use and has integration to Microsoft 365, which many other calendar scheduling tools don't. I find that I use Calendar with via MS Teams the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I've had is that embedding the sign up page into our website does not look the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how I can quickly go in and set up specific meetings in minutes... from my client meetings to referral partner meetings, to prospective client meetings, ... to finding mutually convenient meeting times between groups of people all working on an external project.
All my meetings are ordered- at my fingertips and seamlessly integrate with my Google calendar.
My AI assistant will double. check with me for travel time for in-person meetings... and with a quick reply to the email... the system will add travel time to my calendar.
Love everything about Calendar Hero Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing to dislike- I love it as it is. It's meeting my needs for seamless booked meetings- online and in person... with reminders, easy rescheduling and cancelation for my clients and prospects and myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like being able to set up different types of appointments and being able to give out a link to book that appointment time anywhere in my calendar that is open. It relieves me of having to time block my calendar out. The program looks fr openings in my calendar and allows the client to book an open time within the parameters i set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cant think of anything, i also enjoy the daily email reminders of my schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy integration, updates to my calendar, and makes it easy for my clients to find times to meet with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
doesn't allow for an overall set amount of time to be the max - I can do daily downtime, but it is for each different type of calendar not cumulative Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it was to set up and also customize each link to have the specific intake questions for each type of booking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
wish i could integrate it with HoneyBook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've tried lots of different calendar tools over the years and CalendarHero is the best of the bunch. It's perfect integration with Microsoft 365 and Teams, as well as multiple other services make it the easiest to slot into different techstacks and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you run multiple companies it would be good to be able to create multiple brands for the booking page. At the moment I've fudged it by creating an image that incorporates both company logos. It would also be good to be able to block out days just on CalendarHero for certain meeting types. I do lots of meetings in a different city so need a way to set up a meeting type for that where I can restrict the times to certain days when I'll be in that city. Apart from that, it's fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CalendarHero has made it easy to juggle my busy calendar. Automatically schedules appointments in my google calendar, sends me a daily reminder, allows me to have paid discovery tools. I couldn't run my business without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could change the layout of my appointments. I find it annoying that my top calendar links are at the bottom and not on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
