After utilizing Brevo for six months, it was abruptly suspended due to my outreach efforts to potential clients and candidates. We are a recruiting firm. Brevo said you couldn't use their platform for sales or job emails. On their website, their platform is described as a sales CRM! Customer Service is unwilling to assist except to say do you want to cancel?
It is important to note that all of these individuals who were emailed had willingly subscribed. Regrettably, customer service displayed no inclination to engage or explore any opportunities. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend their services if you are considering utilizing them as a sales or recruiting tool.
