Reliance on Adobe Document Cloud may cause compatibility or interoperability problems with other solutions in scenarios where many document platforms and standards are employed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, the ease of use. I love that it's integrated right into Adobe Acrobat Pro, that recipients can sign in minutes with printing or scanning, that it's fast and secure, and that signers don't even need Acrobat to sign as they receive an email link to do so online for free. Additionally, the fact you email the signer the document directly through Acrobat instead of copying the link and pasting it in a new email is a serious time saver. Occasionally, I feel like it's almost too complicated in regards to the amount of options you have when setting up a document for signature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Grafika na službě Adobe Acrobat Sign je zdařilá. Snadné použití. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cena za Adobe Acrobat Sign je samostatně i v balíku služeb velmi vysoká. Téměř nulová zákaznická podpora. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That you can sign and send the doc immediately without the need of saving thr doc and sharing it manually. Easy to implement and connected with other apps. I use it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No suggestion possible at the moment everything works fine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is compatible with just about any device you use (Windows, Mac, iPad, you name it) and therefore allows you to sign documents wherever you are.
It allows you to save your signature, so you don't need to sign every time.
It has built-in capabilities to ensure non-repudiation and logging.
It integrates well if you have other Adobe Products such as Acrobat Pro, and integrates well with Microsoft products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is quite expensive compared with paper so it has to be a top-management decision, and if you go for the transaction-based license, you have to use it a lot for the per-transaction cost to become feasible; however, if you do decide to go all-in, it will surely bring a great return on investment. This is why I dropped the rating to 8/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With several advantages, Adobe Sign is an effective and user-friendly electronic signing system. By removing the necessity for managing physical documents, the platform improves efficiency while saving money and time. With its cutting-edge security measures and adherence to industry standards, it guarantees legal compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not any as such. It's good in all aspects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Adobe Sign incredibly helpful with its simple and easy-to-use interface. It's a huge time saver as I don't have to worry about paper forms, handwriting them in, scanning them and sending them back - it's all now just one click away! The smart integrations on phones and tablets make working more efficient, and you don't have to worry about keeping physical records as digital signatures create instant, secure records every time. In conclusion, I think it's an amazing software that businesses should take full advantage of if they need large amounts of documents/forms signed online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't like about Adobe Sign is the lack of a convenient 'date' setting. When it comes to signing legal documents, having this field available is essential, yet it is not included in the application. While there's an option for users to use their initials as a default date the first time they use it, subsequent entries have to be filled in by hand - adding complexity and inconvenience to something so simple. I like that the software integrates for a platform I already use. It is easy to get professional and trackable signatures on business documents efficiently and quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the Adobe product can glitch in getting a new signature on a device. The program can often cause delays because signers can find the platform confusing or hard to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and speed of document transactions, integration with Office 365 and easy notifications to users, as well as use on the web, is not limited to a physical installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The visual interface is very basic, when the deadline for signing the documents closes it cannot be re-enabled if the request mail is lost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use Adobe Sign as a secondary solution to my CRM. When I am working with another vendor that doesn't provide an option for digital signatures, I use this so that my clients do not need to print, sign, and scan contracts and other documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be nice if there were more analytics. In the future, I would like to use this to send proposals to clients needing a signature; however, I would like to review analytics such as how many times the document was viewed, how long the document was viewed by page, etc.
If these analytics were available, I would be able to eliminate a program that I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most likable feature is to edit pdf when ever I want whereever I want. The adobe cloud helps me to view my document from all my devices and I can edit it on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue with adobe is their pricing which at sometimes can be costly for the consumers other than that everything is absolutely great with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Adobe Sign is how easy it is to use. With minimal effort, you can quickly create, distribute, and track documents while ensuring accuracy and security throughout the process. The additional features, including MegaSign", make it perfect for sending contracts or other legal agreements in bulk, with specific signers assigned to each document - a job that would take days can be done in minutes with this comprehensive software solution. I find it inconvenient that Adobe Sign requires me to contact support when I need assistance, as this can take much longer than if there was an instant connection. Also, the fact that all users must connect to Adobe's servers is burdensome and prevents us from choosing our own networking solutions, which could save everyone a lot of time. The company already owned the suite. We did not really have a choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many spacing issues when merging. Also, there is no way to move templates easily to different environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tremendous upsides to using this. Very easy and integrated seamlessly into Adobe Acrobat which either houses everything you'd want to sign, or itself integrates with WORD so you can migrate a contract over and sign through Acrobat. Simple, fast, seamless, works perfectly. Never have encountered any business partner, no matter how much of a stickler, who won't accept an Adobe Sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Your certified digital signature expires, which feels pointless and is a bit of a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Acrobat Sign makes e-signing documents painless and easy. You are also able to easily view all signed documents inside one easy-to-navigate portal as well for added convenience. This software is free to use if you are receiving the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adobe Acrobat Sign is on the more expensive side of software if you are sending documents to be signed. Account management can be difficult if you have personal, educational, and business accounts all tied to one email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is an ease of use to Adobe Acrobat Sign, which was a departure from Docusign before it. It has a pretty easy-to-understand interface, and setting up a document to get signed I think overall was relatively easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had a lot of trouble using Acrobat Sign to any sort of effectiveness. My major qualm with Adobe is not because it's hard to use, but because of how limiting it is to use if you don't have the budget, considering Adobe's recent price hike to all of their software and their aggressive stance at buying out any competition. Services like document signing shouldn't be as restrictive as this, especially coupled with their Adobe Cloud, which, of course, if you want to use their software, you must use only their software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Document cloud allows me to get contracts signed and received quicker, and it is so easy to track. Previously, I would create the contract, send it to the client by email/post, and wait for it to be returned. Which takes time, and inevitably, the client misplaces it. Having everything in a secure location is a game-changer for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike; having an automated system that keeps emailing the recipient if they haven't completed would be handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All in one software with audio, video, graphic and web features where you can access fonts, photos, templates and many more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's paid. And I didn't find any dislike in case of its working features and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows me to set up a flow for multiple signatures if needed. It notifies me each step of the way and provides the completed signed document for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found a downside yet. It's easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of finding and sorting files saved in cloud storage and removing clutter is practical. The way it separates it by type of files, shared or scanned, is efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes some time to adjust to the way it is set up. At first, it felt like files were lost, but it took some adapting to the cloud storage categories. Now I know where to look if a file was shared, scanned, or created by myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely like the workflow / wizard Adobe Sign provides to guide the user through sending out documents for e-signature. I also really like the ability to drag and drop the fields required of each signer so that they're not searching around for where their inputs are needed. The auto-reminder feature and tracking tab are a god send! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not really a major issue, but the focus is on passing around PDF documents (vs. other document types like images or Microsoft Office documents). Integrating Sign with our CLM system was a bit of a process - but with support, we were able to get through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AdobeSign's intuitive and straightforward user interface has been invaluable to our team, making the installation process quicker than expected. The ability to integrate with Salesforce and other document management systems is an amazing feature that saves us a significant amount of time after collecting signatures from customers using Adobe Sign. In addition, Adobe's support staff are quick to respond when we encounter technical issues and respond and resolve most issues quickly so as not to cause any delays to our business - we haven't had too much downtime as a result of these issues. All of which makes us appreciate all that Adobe Acrobat has to offer Acrobat Sign users like us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find that Adobe Acrobat Sign can be unreliable during the document assembly process. I have encountered an error when attempting to merge documents, which has only led to further frustration as restarting from scratch was the only way to fix it. Although this isn't a common occurrence in my experience, even with an earlier version of Windows on my computer, I felt compelled to report it anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the mass-send option. It helps us get a lot of docs signed fast and easily. I like the auto-populated fields. It's quick and easy to pop someones signature in there or assign them to sign and add dates, notes, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes we have issues sending to employees. We'll send to one employee but it will go to another? Not often but it's annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it was an amazing application with a great layer of protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
sometimes it gets hard to use it, because of the protection layer as a new user is slightly challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
